Our mail server is now fully integrated with our website database backend. As such, you can now email any user by sending an email to username@clubcollared.com (case-insensitive).

The email will be forwarded directly to the recipient's registered email address, and will not appear as a private message on this site. Please note that this will expose your email address, and sometimes also your IP address, to the recipient. We log data about emails sent using this service. Full email headers as we received them will be left intact.

If you have recently made an account, changed username, changed email address or removed your account, then note that it may take up to 30 minutes for this change to reflect in our mail server configuration.

Special Email Addresses

You can also email a whole team of people, using the list email addresses on the contact us page. These lists are tied into our website database backend

Rejections

We reject messages to old usernames and unactivated or deleted accounts (as well as some messages containing known malware) immediately at SMTP-time to reduce back-scatter.

Opt out

You can opt out of receiving direct emails in the Site Settings tab of the Edit Profile page. We will then bounce all emails to you@clubcollared.com informing the sender to contact you via PM instead.
