Username: Required. 30 characters or fewer. Letters, digits and @/./+/-/_ only.
Membership card: If you have a membership card enter the number here as it appears on the card. eg 123456-7890
Password:
Password confirmation: Enter the same password as above, for verification.
Email:
Email confirmation: Enter your email address again. A confirmation email will be sent to this address.
Date of Birth: Required, but you can fib slightly!
Country:
Postcode. Optional, but recommended. If in UK or channel islands, you can enter only the first half if you wish
Town/Area: e.g. Birmingham
